Is Capabyl a workout app or a physical therapy app?

It's a routine system. People use it for PT routines, mobility, and strength templates--anything repeatable that you want to stick with.

Can I paste links from Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok?

Yes. Paste any link. Some platforms restrict metadata, so you might need to enter steps manually--Capabyl is built to handle that reality.

Do I need to connect accounts?

No. Just paste a URL, save it, then convert it to a routine when you're ready.

What does Beta mean?

It's early. Everything is free while we learn what people actually need. Pricing (if any) will come later.
